General Questions

Once your order has been placed, it will be processed the next day. Your parcel will be sent to the courier service center within 1-3 working days (excluding Saturday, Sunday and Public Holiday).

After placing your order, you will receive a web confirmation and also an email confirmation

Log in to your account at our website, then to go to the “My Order” section from Dashboard area. You will see all your etya.my orders along with their status and tracking numbers. 

Postage fee is depending on the weight of the parcel. Standard postage fee is RM8 (SM) and RM18 (SS). (Standard Postage fee may change from time to time if there is an increase in courier service rate)

The courier services used by HQ are Pos Laju, J&T Express, DHL, and Pgeon. The choice of courier depends on the customer’s location and the availability of the courier company.

If you are located outside of Malaysia, the only option we currently offer is by purchasing manually from us as the rates charged by the courier for each country change frequently. Kindly contact our customer service for assistance.
